Well I found a solution to get around this, I basically did 3 things: I installed Ryujinx. I reached the point after this part where we can give the first save state. I copied the save file to Yuzu's saves. By doing this you can play with 60 Fps since on Ryjinx it is currently between 25 and 48 on average. Vote.

If yuzu is crashing at a certain point in game ( like at any gym or at any battle) you can do anything, But other than that save frequently ( or some events trigger saving) Its a normal solution , but if you want more of a technical solution I think someone will help you 👍.
