I've looked all over trying to find it again, but nothing's ..., Then I'm gonna find an even stronger one. Scatter blaster in an Alien weapon, with good upgrades, 10,000+ damage. The Damn flame thrower if they ever release it. I'm using a boltcaster but wondering if there's a better choice. Jerks are tough solo. Scatter blaster makes all combat in this game a joke., Yeah, happened to me the first freighter I did this save, heh. Was early days and I forgot I'd need cold protection and preferably a better weapon than an unimproved boltcaster ;) Anyway, can confirm that I lost nothing, but I did have to go back through all the rooms I'd done because that was before the teleporters got patched :p, yes. take the new broken ship to a space station. sell it for scrap. the game will automatically spawn your old ship after this is done. you do not have to repair every slot on broken ships. just repair the thrusters and pulse engine (and maybe the shield) so that you can get it to the space station to sell it for scrap.
