your not a vampire so obviously you cant become a super vampire. Idk if the MC can do it if the MC isn't astarion, haven't tried it myself. I never tried that route but before the Cazador room there is another room with the skull from his formal master and if you pass wisdom checks you learn the ritual of the Ascendant .
