Checked spam, trash--nothing. I'm getting emails from Thredup to that email address and have done cash-out bank transfers for sold Thredup items before with no problem. I tried reaching out through chat--apparently their CSRs are "spending time with their families" until today so sent a message via email (which I'm told is a black hole).
