Nov 10, 2010 · Super Mex is a Long Beach mainstay that serves up good, well portioned Mexican food at a very reasonable price. Started in 1974 by Manuel and Socorro Orozco in Downtown LB and supported by the large number of CSULB and LB City students, Super Mex has grown to seven locations in the Long Beach area, seven locations in the OC, and two in Nevada.
