Things I did that probably made no difference: Ate bone broth & Brazil nuts leading up to FET. Did one single session of acupuncture before transfer. Had a very bad attitude and was super depressed during the TWW.Believe me when I say you'll be happy to continue when the transfer is successful. It's so worth it. Also, research shows that IVF is more successful when progesterone is given IM shot daily or bid vs not giving at all or rotating every other day with suppositories.
