Rab light on subaru

My Subaru is a little over a year old. Whne I am at a stop light and the engine cuts out due to the A-S-S. I just keep an eye and just before the light turns, I will let off the brake a little to start the car. Mine does stumble a little if i try and go too quickly.

I am struggling to find a pattern with the behavior. It's merely irritating to drive around with orange warning lights ablaze in a brand new car..
