It's pretty safe. Plaguebreak had to be balanced for both PvE and PvP. No one is using Azureblight for PvP so they only really have to balance it for PvE. Azureblight is also less versatile. If you run Azureblight you're pretty much pure dot build or the set is going to be pretty bad. In contrast you can slap plaguebreak on DOT or non DOT builds.Weapons sell pretty good as well. VD weapons (especially 1 handers) would be your next best bet along with deadly 1Handers and Battalion Defender. Vicious Death I think sells well. Elf Bane fire sticks are good too.
