I noticed a few extra cranks when starting cold and a rough idle. I have changed both camshaft position sensors and the bottom VANOS solenoid which I believe is the exhaust one?

Now it starts up after a long crank. But runs really rough. I mean the engine has a violent shake. I'm hoping it's not toast.
