Jul 18, 2013 · Codes P0455 and P0449. My engine check light came on in my 2005 Cadillac Escalade ESV, so I went to the auto parts store to get the codes read. It pushed out P0455 and P0449. I did some research and ended up changing my gas cap, and both evap canister purge and vent solenoid valves. Problem still exists. P069E code indicates that the FPCM has identified an issue in the fuel system and is requesting the PCM turn on the check engine light. The FPCM supplies and regulates the voltage that goes to the fuel pump and the fuel pump relay. It can be a stand-alone module or a computer integrated into the PCM.
