Madden starters not playing in playoffs

So I've seen older threads saying that you can adjust the fatigue sliders to resolve the issue of your starters not being available on plays, but I adjusted them back to 0 and turned gradual fatigue off. I tried playing around with the depth chart. I'm still stuck with my backups in the playoffs.

I turned Progressive fatigue off in mine to avoid this. It actually sometimes happens during the 2nd half. Just randomly my best WR stops playing. I'm in Madden 24 franchise mode, I just finished the NFC championship game, and for a weeks now, my starters would come on the field for the first play, but then never come out again. Only starter QB stays in. I've tried turning the fatigue slider all the down, and re-ordering my depth chart, but only my second string will play.
