Could be out of adjustment, dirty, no good, etc. Give it a looksee. Post back with findings.This is because Kawasaki went and upgraded the oil pump from plastic to metal. The problem was most common on the Vulcan 1500 Classic models, and owners opted to replace the oil pump with a third-party one. Replacing the oil gear pump seems to solve the symptoms listed above. 2.
