There are a few gray area bars that could be called closed or open. Eg. Pepe’s is still open using the Pepe’s name, but it’s under different ownership and not using the concept from Jon Taffer. I left it marked as open for now but most commenters seem to be telling me it makes more sense mark it as closed. But overall it’s around 50/50.
