Never go pass lv3-4 on them. , probably. but its final stat so its not over whelming. Also if you haven't reached max speed and jump I would add hyper stats to that so you can max that out as well. As far as maxing out, you should keep damage, critical damage, boss and IED (if you need) all around the same level. at level 7+ the required points gets really steep.
