30 faith and 45-50 faith is a pretty good spread for faith/arcane. You may want a bit more if you're interested in using the more advanced dragon communion incantations. But as others said halo scythe won't scale with arcane unfortunately. Best bet would be to farm for a standard scythe or glaive and put blood or occult infusion on it.
