New member here. Brief intro: We had a Briggs 12kw installed last month. Specifications included load shedding for the 40 amp range circuit and load management for the 2.5 ton AC unit. These were very important specs. Discussed in detail on more than one occassion with the installer. Came to find out the day after install that the system installed had NEITHER of those specifications. So ...
