Loving+necrotic necrolord is good for low cata f6 mage, while juju paired with that gear is bad , so dont use juju. sceptre is good for clearing low health mob, midas staff is for miniboss ( but it blocks arrows so your archer might be mad at you ), so just get both. or just stay archer.
