ATEX IECEX UL844., TL;DR; Since explosive light cranks the blast radius, and guarantees the minimum possible bonus from spike grenades, unless you are emptying your full reserves in a single damage phase, a magazine increasing perk will give you more effective DPS than spike grenades will.. especially if you can utilize ALH, or anything that allows you to reload near instantly., Far as I know enhanced explosive light only gives like +5 velocity, and enhanced lasting impression gives more blast radius. In my opinion, both are a waste of materials to enhance. But if you have the materials to spare and would like the enhanced, I personally would advise lasting impression.
