After some investigating, the AC unit outside is not being turned on at all. I checked the circuit breakers and all is well there. My next step was troubleshooting the thermostat. Ecobee's website has me attempting to manually select the G & Y1 wires in the settings, but I believe this fix is if you are not using the PEK setup.
