Your cropping vet has too much tape on the poor puppy's ears even tho I don't think the stitches are covered. Shouldn't have to put tape under throat either. Lay one ear on top of the puppy's head, then lay other ear on top of first ear. Have a length of tape and put a little less than half under bottom uncut side of ear sticky side to ear.
