Even though the Uchigatana requires 14 strength and 14 dexterity it's best variant Normal+15 (In my opinion) has an A in dexterity with nothing in strength. Even looking at the other variants it's easy to conclude that this is primarily a dexterity weapon.It is easy to get bleed resist, and bleed is the main reason to use uchigatana. Without landing bleed, the damage in general is pitiful. Having a lot of low damage hits is fine, if you can get them in.
