Bridge mode xfinity

The most common reason given for the this problem is double NAT or Network Address Translation, which occurs when two routers are connected to the system. "Knowing" that my xfi gateway was disabled in bridge mode, I started looking for other causes. Unfortunately, the settings were all correct, and resetting them did not fix the problem.
