Prime keeps crashing, and ONLY Prime. This problem started a few months ago and was merely annoying, but now it's continuous and I can't watch any Prime content. When I start to watch a video on Prime, it will run for a few minutes and then freeze, with the spinning arrow of death circling endlessly.
