Mar 18, 2021 at 8:05 PM. I went today at 6 weeks and had an abdominal ultrasound. We saw the sac, yok and the baby but no fetal pole. The technician said everything looked great and that this was a normal find for 6 weeks. I say don’t stress until the doctor gives you something to stress about:-)
