I had my first "check" today....she said I am 2-3 cm dilated, 80% effaced and the head is in the 0 position and engaged...she was surprised since I am a FTM and only 37 weeks, though my uterus was measuring one week ahead but she said that those …, 37 weeks, 2cm dilated and soft. Went into L&D at 3:30 this morning with painful contractions every 7 minutes or so. Got a non-stress test and physical exam and I'm 2cm. dilated and soft.
